VAT

Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, as is any applicable p&p surcharge.

 

Prices

Prices may be changed without prior notice. Amber Chiropody Supplies Ltd. reserves the right to correct clerical omissions and errors in this price list.

 

Orders

All orders of thirty pounds or more will be delivered free of charge to the United Kingdom only. Orders below thirty pounds in value will incur a carriage charge of three pounds.

We regret with the exception of the Republic of Ireland, we can no longer supply outside of the United Kingdom.

 

Delivery

Orders up to 1.5kg will be despatched by First Class post to endeavour next-day delivery; orders above this weight will be sent by Parcelforce Standard Delivery which normally delivers within two working days. Every effort is made to despatch goods on same day if ordered before 3pm.

 

Claims

Customer claims for shortages or breakages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

 

Non-Receipt

We endeavour to notify if we anticipate a delay in your order, but please advise us of non-receipt if you have not received your goods within five working days.

 

Returns

Creams and medications will only be accepted for return for the following reasons:

a) To correct an order in delivery

b) In response to a product or batch recall instigated by the manufacturer

c) Where products or packages are alleged to be faulty

All other items can only be returned by prior arrangement; please contact us for a returns number.
