Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, as is any applicable p&p surcharge.

 

Prices may be changed without prior notice. Amber Chiropody Supplies reserve the right to
correct clerical omissions and errors in this price list.

 

All orders of thirty pounds or more will be delivered free of charge to the United Kingdom
only. Orders below thirty pounds in value will incur a carriage charge of three pounds and fifty pence.

 

We regret we can no longer supply to outside of the United Kingdom.

 

Orders up to 1.5kg will be despatched by First Class post to endeavour next-day delivery;
orders above this weight will be sent by Parcelforce Standard Delivery which normally
delivers within two working days. Every effort is made to despatch goods on same day if
ordered before 3pm.

 

Customer claims for shortages or breakages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.

 

We endeavour to notify if we anticipate a delay in your order, but please advise us of non-
receipt if you have not received your goods within five working days.

 

Customers are strongly advised to seek professional advice before using footcare products
available on this website. Amber Chiropody Supplies will not be held responsible for any
accidents or injuries inflicted by persons, qualified or otherwise, using goods purchased
from this store.

 

Creams and medications will only be accepted for return for the following reasons:

 

a) To correct an order in delivery.

 

b) In response to a product or batch recall instigated by the manufacturer.

 

c) Where products or packages are alleged to be faulty.

 

All other items can only be returned by prior arrangement; please contact us for a returns number.
